James Austin, Regional Sales Manager

We are pleased to welcome James Austin as Robertson’s new Regional Sales Manager.  Joining Robertson with over 15 years’ sales and marketing experience, James will be responsible for sales team leadership, driving revenue, as well as contributing to marketing and business strategy.  In addition to sales, James will also be overseeing the activities of Marketing and Business Development.

Marketing

Since late 2015, Rachel Mercado has been the Marketing Coordinator at Robertson.  In addition to her corporate marketing duties, she is eager to work with Builders on any special or event-related projects they may have.  Feel free to call her or send her an email.  She is happy to help any way she can.

Business Development

In April 2017, Louis Volpatti stepped into the Business Development manager role, a new position at Robertson.  Louis is responsible f0r developing and implementing growth initiatives that focus on current customers, design and architect communities, industrial partners, government relationships, and steel building industry awareness.

Bob Patterson, VP, says, “We are excited to welcome James to Robertson.  James’ experience in growing sales teams, creating loyal customers, and providing exceptional customer service is core to the strategic direction of Robertson.  James will continue to support Robertson as an industry leader country-wide.”

Voice of Customer (VOC): Committed to Delivering an Exceptional Customer Experience

We know that ultimate customer approval can only be achieved by providing our customers with quality products and clear communication.  This is so ingrained in how Robertson operates that one of our promises lies in our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.  Your satisfaction is our number one concern and we want to give you the opportunity to let us know what’s going on.

Knowing that sometimes there isn’t a pressing reason to voice our opinions, the Voice of the Customer (VOC) program was born.  This program gives our customers the opportunity to let us know what we’re doing right, where we can improve, and what we aren’t doing enough of (or at all).  Your comments can include anything on your mind, from the quality of our products to the services and communication between you and our staff.  We want to hear it all.

How do I participate?

Participating in this program is easy. No more than twice a year, we will send a 3-question survey to your inbox that asks you to rate us—on a scale from 1 to 10—about how likely you would be to recommend working with Robertson.  You will also have the option of leaving a comment to give us more details about your experience working with us.

Regardless of whether or not you participate in the VOC program, we want to thank you very much for your loyalty and know that we welcome your feedback.  We are very honoured to have customers like you, and we are looking forward to serving and working with you for years to come.
