When First Cobalt Corp. (now Electra Battery Materials) announced plans to refurbish and expand its cobalt refinery facility in Ontario’s remote Timiskaming District, the company needed a team that could supply a large, durable and affordable pre-engineered metal building. What’s more, it had to be designed and delivered as quickly as possible, to a site more than 500 km north of Toronto.
